Implementation & Execution Guarantee

Where implementation services are provided, Service Pro AEO™ guarantees that:

• Work will be completed in accordance with the agreed scope

• Infrastructure will be implemented as documented

• Deliverables will be completed in a professional and commercially reasonable manner

This guarantee applies only to execution quality, not to downstream performance, results, or external system responses.

Payments & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to engagement and are due as specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

• One-time fees cover only the defined scope of work

• Ongoing or exclusivity arrangements require separate written agreements

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All original materials created by Service Pro AEO™ — including reports, frameworks, documentation, and proprietary methodologies — remain the intellectual property of Service Pro AEO™ unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.

Case Studies & Attribution

Unless a client has opted out in writing, Service Pro AEO™ may reference:

• Client name

• Industry category

• General geographic location

• Non-confidential outcomes or structural improvements

Confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information is never disclosed without explicit written consent.

Third-Party Services & Platforms
